All services are customized to client needs as agreed upon during onboarding or in a signed proposal.

3. Payments & Pricing

• All prices are quoted in INR (₹) or USD ($) depending on the client’s location.

• Full payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed in a written contract.

• Late payments may result in project delays, service suspension, or additional charges.

• No refunds are provided once work has commenced, unless explicitly stated.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for the project

• Respond promptly to drafts, feedback, and timelines

• Ensure any content, branding assets, or media you provide do not infringe on third-party rights

We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by incomplete, false, or delayed client information.

5. Project Timeline & Revisions

• Timelines will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.

• Delays caused by the client (e.g., late approvals or missing inputs) are not our responsibility.

• Each project includes a limited number of revisions as defined in the contract or onboarding document. Additional revisions will incur extra charges.

6. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property created by us (websites, ads, strategies, designs, systems, etc.) remains our property unless otherwise agreed.

• Clients are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use deliverables solely for their own business.

• Unauthorized sharing, duplication, or resale of our work is prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during the project private and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.

8. Cancellation & Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.

• All work completed up to termination must be paid in full.

• No refunds will be issued for partially completed projects unless agreed otherwise in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss resulting from the use of our services.

• We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., ROI, leads, rankings) unless explicitly agreed in a signed contract.

10. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Updates will be published on our website, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
